Serious reflection on putting the present into context with past history, sometimes even needing to go back centuries, is rarely done. Let’s just get it on as the saying goes.If you have this guest on again, I’d enjoy hearing him share some of the more colorful interactions he has had with students in Oklahoma. But I might be surprised that students even from such a conservative landscape are young enough to get past their parents biases.
